Z-Nest

(Alprazolam U.S.P.)

Composition:  

Each tablet contains: Alprazolam U.S.P. 0.5mg.

Pharmacodynamics:

Z-Nest (Alprazolam) Tablet contains a triazolobenzodiazepine. The benzodiazepines have qualitatively similar properties: anxiolysis, hypnosedation, myorelaxation, anticonvulsion. There are however, quantitative differences in their pharmocodynamic properties. Currently, there is a general agreement that the action of benzodiazepines is a result of the potentiation of the neural inhibition that is mediated by gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).

Indications:

Z-Nest (Alprazolam) tablet is indicated for the treatment of:                                                             

• Panic related Disorders without phobias
• Agoraphobia with panic
• All anxiety states i-e, tension, agitation, insomnia, apprehension,
• Mild to moderate degree of depression. ;
• Anxiety states due to Alcohol withdrawal

; Storage:

• Store at controlled room temperature 15 to 30oC.

• Avoid exposure to heat, sunlight and moisture.

    Z-Nest (Alprazolam) tablet is supplied in packing of 30 tablets.
